MISSION STATEMENT

KOEHLER-BORDEN is dedicated to professional, ethical representation of manufacturers of food service equipment and supplies. We seek those manufacturers most closely aligned with our business principles and practices. We will market and sell their products to wholesale dealers while contacting consultants, restaurant chains, clubs, hospitals, nursing homes, colleges, schools and prisons to specify our products.

KOEHLER-BORDEN will provide its employees with an environment that is stable and ethical, stimulating and challenging, with an opportunity for personal, professional and financial growth.

I adopted an ABC policy within my rep organization. I could not effectively manage 20 rep groups, marketing, planning, new product development etc. so I picked 10 groups I thought I could work with, then put 5 into the B slot and 5 into the C slot.

The As get most of my time, energy and our companies resources. Previously your territory was in the C slot. I have just moved your group into the A slot. I am doing that because of your time and attention to our product line even though we are currently doing minimum business in your territory.

I know with your work ethic and that of your team and with your guidance you will grow our business in the coming years. I just wanted you to know that because of your commitment, I am committed to doing whatever I can do to help you and your team grow our sales. Keep up the great job, you guys are off to a fantastic start!
